Hotel has a higher end feel understandably as it is located in the 7-chome near the Ginza main business street. 700m walk away from easily accessible Shimbashi station to take you wherever you want, good amenities, friendly and helpful staff (speaking both japanese and english), luggage storage before/after check-in/-out, plentiful breakfast and urban view from hotel room and breakfast/bar venue windows. Room was small (standard double room) but cozy with complimentary tea, powerful Dyson hairdryer and good lighting and thick curtains for privacy. Walls were thick enough to not hear anything from other rooms. Hotel seemed also very favored by foreigners of various cultures.

HOTEL GRACERY GINZA is a solid choice for travelers who prioritize excellent location above all else. Situated right in the heart of Ginza, you’re steps away from high-end shopping, dining, and Tokyo’s best attractions—making it perfect for explorers. However, be prepared for small rooms (typical for Tokyo), which may feel cramped if you have a lot of luggage or prefer spacious accommodations. Despite the tight quarters, the rooms are clean, modern, and efficiently designed. The service is friendly, and the hotel’s sleek style adds a nice touch. If you’re looking for a well-located, no-frills base in Tokyo, this is a great pick—just pack light!

It's at a very good location, only 5 minutes walk to Ginza Station. It is in a very posh area just opposite a high-end Ginza Six shopping mall with a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. Checking in and out of the hotel was a breeze. Great local Japanese breakfast buffet if you like the Japanese home-cooked style breakfast. Free amenities, coffee, and juice 24/7. The aircon and heater worked very well, and towels were changed every day. The rooms will be cleaned every three days unless you make a special request in advance.

Shared a room with a friend and though it was a little small it was fine for the cost. I loved the LOCATION, right in the midst of Ginza with Mitsukoshi nearby and the convenience food mart, 7 Eleven; Family Mart, Lawsons nearby. Also, there were a lot of Izakaya type restaurants around the streets surrounding the hotel, which was convenient and reasonable. Avoided the expensive find dining restaurants.
