I always stay here when I'm in Tokyo. Check-in is smooth, the 24h front-desk staff goes above and beyond (including with receiving packages, printing documents for a small fee, and luggage forwarding/storage), and their digital key system feels very safe. Although the rooms aren't the largest, they're modern and kept up extremely well, and the bathrooms are a bit bigger than the usual Tokyo standard :) Ginza is a posh, quiet neighborhood (not where I'd go if you want to be in a crowded party zone), and the Gracery is located right next to one of its biggest/fanciest malls (Ginza Six) and the nicest 24h Lawson I have ever seen. It's also only a couple blocks from both the Ginza and Higashi-Ginza Tokyo Metro stations along Ginza's main street. Tons of great food/café options both downstairs and just around the corner. They have a small waiting/business lounge in the lobby as well, if you need to take calls or do work outside the room. Overall, I will continue to stay here every time I come to Tokyo. It's unbeatable in terms of value.

The location was a short walk from the Shimbashi train station with access to several lines including the JR system. The closest exit is #1 near the Ginza Line then straight up the wide main shopping street. It is right across the street from Ginza Six which has a nice rooftop observation deck. Lots of konbini stores and restaurants in the area. Very near the Kabuki Theater if there are performances. Nice breakfast buffet with mostly Japanese style dishes. Loved having brewed black tea available. There was a water dispenser on the floor which was handy for filling your water bottle.

It's at a very good location, only 5 minutes walk to Ginza Station. It is in a very posh area just opposite a high-end Ginza Six shopping mall with a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. Checking in and out of the hotel was a breeze. Great local Japanese breakfast buffet if you like the Japanese home-cooked style breakfast. Free amenities, coffee, and juice 24/7. The aircon and heater worked very well, and towels were changed every day. The rooms will be cleaned every three days unless you make a special request in advance.

Shared a room with a friend and though it was a little small it was fine for the cost. I loved the LOCATION, right in the midst of Ginza with Mitsukoshi nearby and the convenience food mart, 7 Eleven; Family Mart, Lawsons nearby. Also, there were a lot of Izakaya type restaurants around the streets surrounding the hotel, which was convenient and reasonable. Avoided the expensive find dining restaurants.
